ELECTRICAL LOAD LETTER

An Electrical Load Letter is a document prepared by a Registered Design Professional that provides details on the amount and type of electricity a building or facility will need.

Electrical loads are organized by type and calculated per the National Electric Code (NEC)

The load letter will conclude with the total amount of demand power calculated in volt-amperes (VA)
If the calculated load is more than what the system is capable of supplying, recommendations for upgrades are provided.
